This training prepares you to serve as a DOT-qualified urine specimen collector. As the collector, you play a critical role in the drug and alcohol testing process — you're the person who guides donors, both applicants and employees, through a DOT-regulated collection. You initiate and complete the Custody and Control Form, known as the CCF, and you perform the first inspection of every specimen a donor provides.

To become a qualified collector, you must complete mandatory initial training and successfully perform five consecutive error-free mock collections.
